The dojo is a metaphor , a powerful way to practice and cultivate unity. It is here through the medium of karate many important things including:

- Self Awareness & Self Respect

- Understanding and activating self agency

- Stating  your boundaries & belief  and holding those lines within

- Recognizing others boundaries and unfailingly honor them.

- Communicating intent
